正式环境存在该问题。任务名wangj202307171059685。

复现步骤：
1.新建智算npu训练任务，训练脚本中增加打印输出目录内容到日志
2.切到任务详情页-日志页签，观察到输出目录下有内容时，手动停止该任务
3.查看任务详情页-结果下载页签
期望结果：显示空，或者显示文件列表
实际结果：一直显示“文件同步中，请稍候”

测试环境可以复现，任务名wjtes20230714-c2-n1。

正式环境存在该问题。任务名wangj202307171059685。 复现步骤： 1.新建智算npu训练任务，训练脚本中增加打印输出目录内容到日志 2.切到任务详情页-日志页签，观察到输出目录下有内容时，手动停止该任务 3.查看任务详情页-结果下载页签 期望结果：显示空，或者显示文件列表 实际结果：一直显示“文件同步中，请稍候” 测试环境可以复现，任务名wjtes20230714-c2-n1。

验证通过。
备注：手动停止智算npu训练任务后，运行期间输出的模型文件 无法显示在结果下载页签供用户下载。只有任务自行运行结束时，训练输出的文件才会显示在结果下载页签。
