【资源管理】刷完规格后评测任务详情页面的gpu类型、规格仍为空

复现步骤：
1.资源管理二期功能上线前新建评测任务。包括算法评测、模型评测。
2.二期功能上线后，查看任务详情页，gpu类型、规格均为空
3.使用工具，刷规格。然后查看步骤1的任务规格
期望结果：有值
实际结果：仍然为空

配置错误引起。规格命中了2条，所以显示空了。
