复现步骤：
1.关联1个公开数据集datasetA
2.新建云脑任务，查看选择数据集界面，能勾选到datasetA下面的文件
3.将datasetA所属的项目设为私有
4.新建云脑任务，查看选择数据集界面，检查是否还能勾选到datasetA下面的文件
期望结果：不能。只展示数据集名称，不列文件
实际结果：能。
