复现步骤：
1.新建1个npu训练任务
2.在任务状态变为running时，去详情页点击删除按钮再点确认
3.去数字看板查看这条任务状态
期望结果：终态STOPPED
实际结果：RUNNING
更改为删除任务前先停止任务再删除
