代码仓markdown文件中的英文双引号会变成中文双引号

1、在代码仓的markdown文件中，输入英文双引号。
2、在预览视图查看刚输入的英文双引号，会变成中文双引号。
3、在编辑视图拷贝该英文双引号，也会变成中文的。
