复现步骤：
1.创建1个智算网络的npu训练任务，运行成功
2.在模型页签，点击导入新模型，选择步骤1的训练任务
3.查看模型框架
期望结果：能选对应的框架
实际结果：字段只读，显示Pytorch
同样是智算网络的Npu训练任务，从任务详情页面导入新模型，模型框架可以选 但是没有mindspore。
已经修复。还有2个问题：
