【云脑】CPU/GPU调试任务增加让用户自己选择代码分支

1、创建CPU/GPU调试任务时，类似训练任务，增加“代码分支”字段，支持用户挑选代码仓库的分支。
2、“代码分支”字段默认值为当前项目代码仓库的默认分支，用户可挑选其他分支。
3、“代码分支”字段放在任务类型和GPU类型之间。
4、CPU/GPU类型调试任务详情页面，也增加“代码分支”字段，放在任务类型和GPU类型之间。
