复现步骤：
1.新建云脑训练任务，输入不合法任务名。比如包含1个中文字符。
2.点击提交
期望结果：页面提示
实际结果：网页空了，页面报错“template: repo/cloudbrain/trainjob/new:198:31: executing "repo/cloudbrain/trainjob/new" at <len .params>: error calling len: len of untyped nil”
未复现
可能和浏览器版本有关系，需要前端看下。
我复现问题的chrome版本号：99.0.4844.82（正式版本）（64位）。
chrome版本92.0.4515.131，未能复现。
正式环境也存在该问题。非cb-train分支引入。
