删除云脑调试任务后保持任务类型筛选条件

复现步骤：
1.在项目主页点击云脑tab，进入调试任务页面，任务类型选择NPU
2.页面显示NPU的调试任务列表
3.删除任一条任务，查看任务类型筛选框
期望结果：保持筛选条件
实际结果：重置成全部。

保留筛选条件：gpu、npu、全部

通过测试，关闭此单。
