创建云脑1任务等待时间较长

标题：创建云脑1任务等待时间较长

复现步骤：
1.打开项目，点击云脑tab，选择云脑1
2.点击新建任务，点击新建任务

期望结果：交互体验友好
实际结果：界面显示loading图标4分半钟，最后才操作返回，展示列表。
浏览器：chrome91.0 64位

当仓库代码文件很多时，会出现这种情况。
目前处理逻辑是在创建任务时会同步的做拉取代码的动作，可以考虑异步的做拉取代码，以提高用户体验。
但是如果异步拉取代码的话可能会出现这个问题：创建的云脑任务容器中，仓库代码是不完整的。
如果拉取代码在启动云脑容器的时候还未完成就会出现上述问题。

通常情况下，仓库代码文件应该不会很多，因此建议不处理此issue。

结合性能测试结果，考虑单个代码仓文件不多，但是平台用户量大时，同时创建任务的效率问题
