正式环境存在该问题。

场景：云脑2数据集上传, 文件内容相同、文件名不同。
复现步骤：

  1. 上传a.zip
  2. 复制a.zip为b.zip，上传b.zip。
    期望结果：提示重复上传
    实际结果：云脑2数据集页面点击后报500 error
