f3df852a80 全面更新代码，替换成调用wget来高质量、多任务并行下载。配置文件的保存路径要用/符号结尾。原则上保存在训练任务成果的/tmp/output目录 全面更新代码，替换成调用wget来高质量、多任务并行下载。json配置文件的保存路径要用/符号结尾。原则上保存在训练任务成果的/tmp/output/目录。训练任务直接执行run.py就可以下载。配置文件可以自行增加需要下载的文件数量，最后都会被压缩成zip文件，以便在openi社区中能够在训练成果中直接导入到数据集中，方便后续其他项目调用。
