在日常工作中,每天有大量的患者需要做腰椎CT检查。CT检查做完后需要对患者的腰椎数据进行腰椎椎间盘的重建处理。而这项工作需要暂定其它工作,手动对腰椎数据的每个椎间盘进行处理。面对紧张的工作,需要不停做下一位患者的CT检查,显得腰椎重建这项工作尤其繁琐。
因此这个项目通过PaddleSeg分割套件尝试解决重建问题,能否解放双手,实现椎间盘自动重建。
经过初步的运行结果,发现可以通过分割椎体来定位椎间盘来实现自动重建,证实方法是有效的。
椎间盘重建就是在腰椎的CT的薄层数据上,对每个椎间盘进行横断面保存,用来展示椎间盘的解剖结构,但是每个椎间盘的重建都是通过手动去定位和保存,因此影响了工作效率。
