[众智活动] 使用MSAdapter迁移PyTorch代码

MSAdapter是MindSpore适配PyTorch接口的工具,其目的是在不改变原有PyTorch用户的使用习惯情况下,使得PyTorch代码能在昇腾上获得高效性能.

本次任务从开源网站，将PyTorch代码使用MSAdapter替换使其训练或者推理成功,被采纳可加30分。任务要求如下：
1.训练任务，从开源网站选择项目将PyTorch代码使用MSAdapter替换，用启智平台的昇腾算力训练收敛，并将代码发起pr合并到MSAdapterModelZoo仓库。
2.推理任务，从开源网站选择项目将PyTorch代码和其训练好的模型参数，转换为MSAdapter和对应模型参数转换工具进行推理，结果一致，同样使用启智平台的昇腾算力。

备注：
1.如果对模型开发不熟悉，也可以试用MSAdapter,建议被采纳可加5分一条，提到MSAdapter项目issue区。
2.昇腾算力选择NPU，镜像选择MindSpore2.0.0-dev
