商家按总需求送至转运中心,通过分货模型为下游仓提供分仓建议,在进行分货时需要考虑箱规。
库存分配模型为混合整数规划模型,优化目标为每两个仓之间的需求满足率之差:
计算各仓的【(现货+在途)库存/目标库存】的值作为满足率,分货目标为使各仓的库存水位尽量均衡。
考虑最大可配出量约束,及箱规约束,构建分货模型,模型如下:
注:补货维度:按配出+配入线路的箱规,在计算分货逻辑时须统一使用箱规为单位(注:(现货+在途)库存不满一个箱规单位的,以小数表示)。分货时需要以箱规的整数倍分货,不能出现小数。不满整数倍箱规的尾货统一分入最后一个仓。
采用求解器对模型进行求解。
