建议没有填写任何内容时不可以提交

问题描述

在评论时，不填写任何内容也可以提交成功，但是实际上没有任何显示。
如果敲几个空格再提交，会显示有一条评论，但是是空的，出现“这个人很懒，什么都没留下”

建议过滤这样的没有附件，没有文字的无效评论
