寒武纪MLU290的环境镜像里面是不是没有安装tensorflow或者torch？能不能装一下，创建任务进去我用pip list命令查看安装的包，好像没有看到有tf或者torch，如果能有的话体验起来估计会稍微方便一点

里面是有的，在jupyter使用的话，这个镜像需要先执行. /torch/venv3/pytorch/bin/activate
