问题描述

智算集群里训练，任务进行中无法查看输出目录的结果，很不方便。之前启智时是可以查看的。
一次训练可能时间很长，中间不仅要通过日志查看，还需要使用中间产物，现在的设计有缺陷，麻烦评估和对齐启智的功能，支持训练过程中查看输出目录的文件。感谢！
