更新技术路线：

  1. 识别部分采用PaddleClas提供的PP-ShiTu方案和多标签识别方案；
  2. 人脸方面需要重构。需要思考在目前的政策指引下人脸是否合适？若合适，人脸识别方案也需要更新；若不合适，此垃圾分类方案是否有更适合的绑定个人的方案。需要讨论。
