学习率

• 参数
  • type : 学习率类型，支持10种策略，分别是'PolynomialDecay', 'PiecewiseDecay', 'StepDecay', 'CosineAnnealingDecay', 'ExponentialDecay', 'InverseTimeDecay', 'LinearWarmup', 'MultiStepDecay', 'NaturalExpDecay', 'NoamDecay'.
