目前国内确实缺少质量高的Instruction数据集，用于训练ChatGPT类似的模型。启智能推动这个事情对国内的大模型发展有很好的示范和推动作用。但想了解一下，既然是众包志愿者来标注，是否也需要说明一下数据未来的用途，是否会开源等相关事情？
