系统存在默认的群组和资源池，默认群组与默认资源池是固定绑定的，在群组管理界面中，无法看到默认群组，在资源池管理界面中，可以看到默认资源池
common-pool;群组和资源池是一对一的关系，一个资源池绑定了一个群组后就不能绑定其他群组，在对群组操作时，需要做几点优化：
1.新建或编辑群组时选择资源池时，不应该显示
default: true的资源池，接口上也不允许绑定；2.新建或编辑群组时选择资源池，不应该显示已绑定过群组的资源池，接口上也不允许绑定；
添加群组时，资源池只能展示未绑定的资源池，但是编辑群组时，还是展示的全部资源池
