#19 【notebook问题】npu环境中关于mindvision的报错

安装mindvision后，关于opencv会产生报错，请下面顺序依次进行，即可解决问题。

报错内容1：module 'cv2' has no attribute '_registerMatType'

解决方法：pip uninstall opencv-python -y

报错内容2：name 'context' is not defined

解决方法：重启内核，从头开始再运行一遍
