这是用来断点训练的，mindspore1.8以下的版本没有动态学习率方法，只能使用断点训练加载ckpt模型文件寻找最合适的学习率。

当找到最佳的学习率时，可以使用nn.piecewise_constant_lr()函数实现动态学习率调整。
