梳理生产环境的npu镜像名称

预期效果

目前所有npu镜像已经加了标签，调试任务的推荐镜像的命名tag已经正常，不带_debug。训练任务的命名tag还需要虎鲸需改，跟踪issue:openioctopus/Grampus#1062

现象：镜像广场有一些同名的镜像 cann8_0_0beta_mindspore2_5、cann8_0_0beta_mindspore2_5_train，用户在新建训练任务时这两个镜像都能选择，用户会疑惑该用哪个。

解决办法有如下几种；
1、如果这两个镜像只能用于调试，或者只能用户训练，在名字上区分，在镜像简介说明清楚。
2、如果这两个镜像在调试和训练都可以用，是同一个镜像，只留下一个。

按照解决方法1，已上生产环境
