数据集统一存储后，页面不需要再显示可用集群信息

1、数据集详情页面的表格，删除“可用集群”字段。
2、同一个数据集里面，相同的数据集文件，只需要显示一个。
3、SDK中，指定NPU和GPU的参数去掉。
4、帮助文档需更新。

该任务需依赖于数据迁移完成。
