#4242 【动态】再次调试过的任务，对同名的历史任务点击后显示403 error页面

复现步骤：
1.创建调试任务taskA
2.对taskA，先停止，然后再次调试
3.查看个人中心-动态，有2条taskA的记录
4.对时间更早的那条taskA，点击任务名称
期望结果：显示任务详情页面。目前正式环境效果是这样的。
实际结果：显示403 error页面。因为实际上这条任务已被删除。

首页公开项目活动动态，也存在该现象。

如果存在已删除的云脑任务，在个人中心动态和首页公开项目活动动态中，在该条任务的动态，单击任务名，建议提示“该任务已被删除”，比直接显示403 error页面更友好。

最新效果：已删除的任务，
在个人中心动态展示时去掉了超链接，并且末尾添加了文字“（已删除）”；
在首页动态展示时去掉了超链接。
