#4233 【调试任务】若数据集文件、模型文件已经被删除，详情页面下载地址可以显示为空

复现步骤：
1.新建调试任务，选择多个数据集文件、多个模型文件
2.删除步骤1中选择的文件
3.查看调试任务详情页面，数据集文件、模型文件列表
期望结果：下载地址，显示空
实际结果：文件名末尾增加“(文件已经被删除)”，仍然显示一长串下载地址，复制地址去下载 实际上会报错。
