【大模型微调】部署Failed的任务，界面看不到失败原因

部署failed的大模型微调任务，界面看不到失败原因。只有任务列表部署状态 failed。

1、建议在状态列，faile后面，增加个“查看失败原因”入口，单击入口后弹框列出失败详情信息。
2、这个建议提个issue跟踪，后续版本再优化。
