现在pclcci分中心的任务输出已永久保存在其minio中，目录为grampus/jobs/{云脑jobname+“0”}/output/，需要社区这边将输出目录通过海胆取回到云脑1中（回传到urchincache桶中，需要再做拷贝）。
需要考虑任务正常执行完成时，还会执行命令中的上传命令，可能导致重复输出的问题。

V20230307版本修改内容：
1、创建云脑任务时，在容器里面用挂载方式读数据。
2、各种终态状态下的训练任务都可以拿到输出结果。
