NPU推理任务参数输入错误，例如启动文件不存在，创建失败界面可以正常显示。
复现步骤：
1.新建NPU推理任务，给1个不存在的启动文件名。
期望结果：仍然在新建页面，显示报错消息“仓库中不存在启动文件”
实际结果：页面仅显示 template: repo/modelarts/inferencejob/new:37:13: executing "repo/modelarts/inferencejob/new" at <eq.NotStopTaskCount 0>: error calling eq: invalid type for comparison
验证通过。
