【在Notebook中打开】NPU环境不会自动打开jupyter文件

正式环境存在该问题。
复现步骤：
1.代码仓jupyter文件，点击在Notebook中打开，选择NPU环境
2.点击新建任务
3.点击调试，进入容器
期望结果：jupyter文件自动打开
实际结果：jupyter文件没有自动打开
