复现步骤：
前提条件：未激活邮箱登录
期望结果：前端直接报错，不用提交请求给后端
实际结果：请求提交给后端了，界面提示：“一封新的确认邮件已经被发送至 8888，请检查您的收件箱并在 3 小时 内完成确认注册操作。”
这里的格式校验，包括2块：(1)邮箱格式 xxx@xxx.xxx (2)配置文件中的EMAIL_DOMAIN_WHITELIST
邮箱地址不在白名单时，修改邮箱页面报错提示：“请与所请求的格式保持一致。”，让人看不明白。建议优化下提示语。
最新效果：提示“暂不支持此类电子邮件地址。”
