复现步骤：
1.代码仓查看ipynb文件，点击在Noteobook中打开，选CPU环境、新建任务
2.去openi-notebook项目的云脑调试任务列表页面，对这个notebook点击停止
3.查看操作列，是否有再次调试按钮
期望结果：无。
实际结果：有。刷新一下网页后，再次调试按钮消失。
个人中心-云脑任务列表，不存在该问题。
