复现步骤：
1.ipynb文件点击在Notebook中打开后
2.默认选中CPU环境，点击新建任务
3.点击调试
期望结果：打开调试环境，ipynb文件自动打开
实际结果：新开页签，页面显示502 Bad Gateway。要再等一会儿 调试环境才可用。
有时候仍然会遇到。属于云脑1侧问题。关闭此单。
