1、模型提供公开或私有属性，设置公开的模型，可以在模型广场看到，私有的仅自己可见。
2、针对模型设置公开私有属性，无须针对模型文件设置属性。
3、公开模型登录用户可下载，私有模型只有平台管理员、创建者有权限。其他权限维持原状。
