正式环境存在该问题。
复现步骤：
前提条件：同一个项目下操作。
1.用户A新建npu调试任务taskA, 选择了1个私有数据集文件（用户B也有权限访问）
2.用户B新建npu调试任务taskB, 选择了1个公开数据集文件
3.用户A查看taskA、taskB的详情页面， 用户B查看taskA、taskB的详情页面
期望结果：数据集文件列表都有值
实际结果：只有自己能看见数据集文件列表，别人看不见

只有任务创建者才能看到该调试任务创建时所选择的数据集文件、模型文件名称以及下载地址。
调试重构分支ai_task_refactor_v2_debug 也保持了现状。
