数字看板-云脑任务列表存在项目为空、未标记为已删除的历史记录。需要查一下原因。
比如任务名：

功能优化 #1941 【项目-云脑任务】删除项目时需要先停止关联的云脑任务，在里程碑V20220601已经上线。
理论上从2022-6-1开始，不应该有这样的数据产生。
删除项目时需要先停止关联的云脑任务，但是并没有删除对应的云脑任务，所以有这种数据。
用户删除项目后，是否需要把该项目下所有云脑任务都删除？
项目删除以后，该项目下所有云脑任务要停止，且标为已删除。
遇到有这样的npu云脑任务: 已删除、但状态是STOPPING。
建议删除项目时也刷状态为STOPPED。@liuzx
KILLING状态也类似。
已增加killing，deleting状态判断
