未创建数据集的项目下创建云脑任务console会报错

复现步骤：
1.新建项目。未新建数据集
2.创建云脑调试任务
期望结果：无报错
实际结果：console报错“Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token u in JSON at position 0”

在正式环境验证，已经不存在该问题了。
建议去掉console打印的信息：required is false
